The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $449,600 to $788,100 for a full sized restaurant, and between $422,100 and $746,100 for an urban location. This includes a $35,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We collect a royalty fee equal to 6% of gross revenues. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services at The Gyro Project and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. Franchise owners of The Gyro Project will be required to spend 1% or per month on local marketing each month, and $10,000 to $15,000 on their Grand Opening. You will also contribute 1% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote The Gyro Project brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.

The Gyro Project was founded in 2023 in Fort Lee, New Jersey by seasoned restaurant professionals who know what it means to build a brand and franchise it.
The initial term of your agreement is 10 years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
Our The Gyro Project franchise team will provide general site selection criteria and guidance in the selection of a suitable location for each market.
